NuFibre is one of the UK's most exciting new ISP brands. a challenger operator with bold ambitions. Operating on networks that reach over 18 million homes nationwide, NuFibre offers multi-gig broadband packages with speeds up to 2.5 Gbps, built specifically for the demands of modern connected living.

But being a new brand means building everything right the first time. There's no legacy infrastructure to fall back on, no inherited tech debt to navigate around, just a clean slate and a very high bar to meet.

The Challenge: Greenfield, at Scale

The Elite HX30 is a powerhouse built for large-scale ISP rollouts — fast, reliable Wi-Fi 6, mesh-ready, and equipped with TR-369/USP, the next-generation device management protocol that enables real-time, bidirectional communication between the CPE and the Controller.

The Home CX30 complements it as a compact Wi-Fi 6 mesh extender, with an iconic cube design, seamless pairing, and the same TR-369 foundation underneath.

But not every customer wants to swap their router. For those already running a TP-Link EX Series device, NuFibre needed full management support there too, no second-class treatment, no gaps in visibility. Both device families needed to live under the same roof.
